AI-powered educational app for children aged 1.5 to 8
LUNIKIDS is an educational Progressive Web App that helps children learn at their own pace. With Lunali the fox as mascot and an adaptive AI system that adjusts difficulty in real-time, the app provides a safe and stimulating learning environment without ads or tracking.
Existing educational apps are often too static: every child gets the same questions in the same order. Children who learn faster get bored, while those who need more time get frustrated. Additionally, most apps collect personal data from children.
We developed ALI (Adaptive Learning Intelligence), an AI system that dynamically adjusts difficulty based on the child's response patterns. The app works entirely privacy-first: all data stays local on the device. A friendly fox mascot, Lunali, guides children through the learning modules with encouragement and positive feedback.
