Through the contact form: your name, email address, and message. Through the AI chat assistant on the website: your messages and any contact details you choose to share. We also collect anonymized visitor statistics (see 'Analytics' below). We do not use Google Analytics or marketing pixels.
Contact form and chat messages: solely to respond to your inquiry. Analytics: to understand which pages are visited and improve the site. Your data is not used for marketing, not sold to third parties, and not shared with external services.
Your contact form and chat messages are processed through our own automation (n8n, hosted in Europe) and forwarded as a notification to the founder. No personal data is stored in external databases.
This website uses Vercel Web Analytics for anonymized visitor statistics. This system does not use cookies and does not store any personally identifiable information. Visitors are identified by a temporary hash that is automatically discarded after 24 hours. Only aggregated data is stored, such as page views, referrers, country, browser, and device type. Visitors cannot be tracked across different websites or sessions.
This website only uses strictly necessary cookies for site functionality (e.g. language preference). There are no tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party cookies. Vercel Web Analytics works without cookies. Therefore, no cookie banner is required.
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. Send an email to info@lunidev.com and we will handle your request within 30 days.
Contact messages and chat conversations are not kept longer than necessary to handle your inquiry. In practice, they are deleted after resolution. Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 12 months in aggregated, anonymized form.
